Todd Jacobs, chef and owner of Atlantica and Tierra Mar, is well-known on Long Island for his obsession for quality, from seeking out the best and freshest local ingredients, to crafting exceptional and delicious dishes, to making sure each plate that leaves his kitchen lives up to his high standards. Your guests will be in exceptional culinary hands throughout your event.

In the categories below we've put together some selections of what you can offer your guests during your reception. A basic menu starts with a cocktail hour and passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a first course, a main course, and ending with cake and coffees.

You are welcome to customize your menu in any way you choose. For example, you may add a second course, or offer an ice sculpture and shellfish display, or opt for a post-dinner Viennese table. Or you can do all three, and more. We're here to support your imagination and help you create a truly memorable meal.
